Supafly, Brandon Johnson, was born February 23, 1986 in Wichita, KS and still resides there. Supafly has had an extensive exposure to the local and regional music scene due to label mate and CEO Kyle "Kae Wun" Ellison's success. Kae Wun and Supafly have performed with the likes of Avant, Ray-J, Marques Houston, Bow Wow, Naughty By Nature, Nina Sky, T.I, Rasheeda, Hurricane Chris, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, and Pleasure P; just to name a few.
Now Supafly plans to break in to the game as a solo artist and will be releasing his debut project "The Return Of Supafly Mixtape" August 2009. This project will feature a few other local artist in the ICT and show the great versatility that Supafly brings to the game. Tracks like "Story Of My Life" and "It's Cool" speak to real life situations and overcoming hardships, while tracks like "PSA" and "I'm Sorry" and "Mouthpiece" appeal to a more mature audience.
This project is full of gems, "Like I Lover Her" , "Shawty Thick" , and "Fresh Ta Def" are guaranteed to have your head noddin. The mixtape plays like an album, and will be available for your listening pleasure August 2009.
