Pol-B brings an interesting mix of his New York flow with a touch of southern swagger. The journey to hip-hop begins with a young 9 year old Allen creating his own beats on tape by beat boxing into a karaoke machine, which he would then play back and record his rhymes over. Pol-B likes the road less traveled deciding to chase after greatness as a true artist; In an era where creativity is in short supply.
“It’s not about trying to be different,” Allen explains. I’m just being myself – that alone makes me different.”
I like the track "Bare Witness" pushin steady on the beat. I mean that's the style I like so, that's why I like it. Almost gangsta'ish but still got the new style flow on the tracks. "Bang" pushes out hard style too so I really like that one too. All The Skits are straight up halarious. "All Drinks on Me" like that track too, sort of some Diddy type flow there. All in all, is a great Mixtape and the work by Don Cannon is smokin as usual, an you know how I love to beat down other Djs. I want you to download this mixtape, it's worth the weight.
